Team Introduction
Team KOREA has a total of 20 players from their teens to forties who come from diverse backgrounds such as students, teachers, office workers, computer programmers, etc. The team is managed by Bongchul Dong, a former professional player of Korean Baseball Organization league. Korea recently came in 6th place in the LG Presents WBSC Women's Baseball World Cup 2016 in Gijang, Republic of Korea. We are honored to be invited to the first BFA Women’s Baseball Asian Cup and we will do our best to contribute the growth and development of women’s baseball in Asia and the world.
